Return Policy
Returns & Refunds
At YachtPilot, we want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day return window. You will have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. To be eligible, items should be in the same condition as when you received them: unused, uninstalled, with all original tags, accessories, and packaging intact. Don’t forget to include your proof of purchase when returning your item.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
We know how frustrating it can be to receive something damaged or not quite right so please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us right away. We’ll work quickly to sort it out, whether that means sending a replacement, offering guidance, or helping with a return. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want to make the process as smooth as possible.
Refunds
After we receive and check your returned item, we’ll let you know the outcome. If approved, your refund will go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Keep in mind your bank or card provider might take a little extra time to process it. If it’s been more than 30 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, reach out to us at crew@yachtpilot.co and we’ll get it sorted.
